General Information

●   The design, manufacturing and quality control of the JWS pumps comply with the GB/T5656 "Centrifugal  Pump  Technical Requirements, Class II"standard,and  its efficiency index meets the GB/T19762 "Clear  Water   Centrifugal  Pump  Energy Efficiency   Limit   and  Energy   Conservation   Evaluation   Value"  or equivalent ISO standards.

Working Condition

●  Inlet  diameter:DN125~DN900

●  Outlet  diameter:DN80~DN900

●  Medium  temperature:

-20~+80℃ (Standard materila and structure);  

≤150℃ with cast steel materila and cooling structures for bearings and seal

●   Pressure   0.6Mpa, 1.0Mpa,1.6Mpa,2.5Mpa,2.8Mpa

● The design pressure is related to the material of the pump housing.The pressure of inlet and outlet flanges on the pump are related to the design pressure and material of the pump body.

● Allowable  inlet  pressure: design  pressure  at  rated  head

● Hydro test pressure: 1.5 times the design pressure (Duration 10mins or 30mins as per customer’s rerquests)
